1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "tk1971," "the Operator," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the tk1971 online gaming platform at https://tk1971.cam, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk1971 platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk1971 platform, creating an account, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a precondition of use. tk1971 reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any Player who fails to comply with these Terms at any time, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.

3 Eligibility

tk1971 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Gaming Services on tk1971, you must register a Player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active tk1971 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are created using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms. tk1971 uses technical and investigative means to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and the balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited in full.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. tk1971 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify tk1971 support immediately. tk1971 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk1971 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all Player accounts before withdrawal privileges are activated. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions. tk1971 processes KYC documents in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk1971 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions on the tk1971 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. tk1971 does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP-denominated transactions.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your tk1971 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be voided and returned to the source, subject to applicable processing fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on your account, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. tk1971 processes most withdrawal requests within one to three hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours, subject to payment provider processing times. tk1971 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification for security or compliance purposes.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk1971 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR's AML framework. tk1971 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions that trigger AMLC reporting thresholds, and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council as required by law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tk1971 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum cashout limits that are published alongside each individual promotion. Players must read and understand the specific terms of each offer before claiming it.
• Each promotion is available only once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• tk1971 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time if it suspects the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1971 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating or operating more than one Player account on the tk1971 platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform's gaming services.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud against tk1971, game providers, or other Players.
• Using the tk1971 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law or international obligations.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such vulnerabilities are required to report them to tk1971 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any dispute mechanism to reclaim funds that have been legitimately wagered on the platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening tk1971 staff, other players, or support personnel through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk1971 platform — including but not limited to the tk1971 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tk1971 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tk1971 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, scraping, data mining, or any commercial exploitation of any tk1971 content or software.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tk1971 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the tk1971 platform, regardless of the cause.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any Gaming Service, including technical failures, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network infrastructure beyond tk1971's direct control.
• Any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits tk1971's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

tk1971's collection, use, and protection of Player personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on tk1971, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by tk1971

tk1971 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player is suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account is subject to a security investigation; (c) required for compliance with PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law; or (d) the Player fails to complete identity verification within the required period.

12.2 Termination by tk1971

tk1971 may permanently close a Player's account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and any balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

A Player may request the closure of their tk1971 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining Real Money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed operators.

Players are encouraged to first raise disputes directly with tk1971 support. tk1971 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within ten business days of receipt. Game outcome disputes are reviewed using certified game logs and RNG audit records maintained by tk1971 and its game providers.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tk1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the address registered on their account and/or through a prominent notice on the tk1971 website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the tk1971 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 12.3.
